A great way to start the day is by focusing attention on the loving sacrifice Jesus made for us. Let Jesus lead the way in showing show us what it means to be completely devoted to living for the will of God. When we live out the day doing it “our way” we always regret it; however, we learn from experience that there is more joy and peace following Jesus one step at a time. Repent along the way and rejoice along the way as Jesus shows us what it means to live for God today.

Romans 12:1-2

Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
